Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 23 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the Website Navigator service (a product by AdVelocity, "we", "us", "our"). By using this site or booking a demo, you agree to these Terms.

Using this website

This site and its content are provided for the purpose of informing you about Website Navigator and letting you get in touch or book a demo. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale without permission, or submit false information through our forms.

The Website Navigator service

Where you engage with Website Navigator as a customer (rather than just browsing this marketing site), the specific terms of that engagement — pricing, service levels, data processing terms — will be set out in a separate agreement or order form provided at that stage. These website Terms cover general use of this site and don't replace that agreement.

Demo bookings and enquiries

Booking a demo or submitting an enquiry through this site does not create a binding contract — it's a request for us to get in touch. Any commercial engagement follows from a separate, explicit agreement.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos and the Website Navigator name and branding — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our permission.

No warranty

This website is provided "as is". While we try to keep it accurate and available, we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded (e.g. for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
